I have basically neglected this blog. My friend Erin recently reminded me that we both quit doing our spiritual blogs and that it would be a great idea to start them up again. I totally agree! So much has changed since I started this blog over a year ago. Joe and I have really struggled in our marriage and are on the brink of divorce (hopefully, with the Lord's help that won't happen) and I'm expecting my second child, a boy, in the next couple of weeks. Due to the hardships and struggles I've had this past year I have really been open to what God has in store for me. He has really answered my prayers in so many ways. He never leaves my side and I see how evident that is every day. He truly wants me to happy and therefor, I seriously need to reciprocate the love back to him.
I am going to make a strong effort to continue this blog. It really does help to blog about my quiet times and spiritual moments. It reminds me of how important my relationship is with the Lord and my Christian friends. When you don't hear from me in a while it's because I'm on maternity leave. I will be back!
